Exploration into the sources of spiritual wisdom

Do you feel a need to explore spirituality, but have an aversion to religion? Even when a religion actually begins with a genuine connection to spirit, over time that connection is lost. Religions quickly become tribal, political, rituals of culture, curiosities, or instruments of war and destruction. Over time every religion becomes increasingly separated from any wisdom or insight that might have come from any moments of genuine spiritual contact.

Do you feel compelled to explore your connection with spirit? Do you feel a mysterious presence, some hidden intelligence? Do you sense it moving within the web of life, and within your soul?

Have you discovered the value of free spiritual exploration? You leave religion, culture, and the tribal patterns of relationships. You refuse to become stuck in any belief system. You make time to step away from your routines, your ambitions, your ego. When you find that you are attached to your beliefs and knowledge you feel you must question them - you feel you must find a way to completely eradicate your dependency on systems of belief and knowledge. You seek moments of deep inner silence in which you become utterly alone, but discover connections to something infinitely creative, fresh and inspiring. You say goodbye to your habits of thought, belief, emotion. Cut through the bonds to belief and to the illusion of certainty - they trap your soul in illusion and prevent you from seeing the destructiveness they bring to this world.

You might discover a vast web of spiritual intelligences that moves within all things. Religion is incapable of bringing you into communion with this spiritual web - because belief, ego and certainty must be absent before spirit will touch your mind and heart. Religion will only make you obsessive for the ridiculous beliefs of power-crazed people. You need to turn away. You need to look for mystery, learn to embrace the unknown and to accept the limitations of knowledge and belief. Then you have a better chance of discovering new ways of exploring the web of spirit.
